The detainee's lawyer, Dzhemil Temishev, told reporters about this.
According to the court decision, Yunusov will be under arrest until May 10 inclusive. His defense intends to appeal.
“There is no reason to believe that he will escape. He confesses. The objective reason is that he is dependent on a three-year-old child who has heppatitis,” Temishev noted.
As PolitNavigator reported, on January 29 in Simferopol, after interrogation in the “February 26” case, the deputy chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatars, Akhtem Chiygoz, was detained. By decision of the Kyiv District Court, he was placed in custody until February 19.
