The Simferopol court has not yet fined the detained Russian activists
Simferopol, September 23 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Central District Court of Simferopol sent for revision the administrative police protocol regarding Simferopol and Sevastopol activists who held three single pickets in front of the building of the Council of Ministers of Crimea the day before against the seizure of PJSC Krymavtotrans.

The leader of the Sevastopol branch of the Sobol Cossack community, Vladimir Tyunin, told PolitNavigator about this.
“The judge issued a ruling - due to the fact that the police report was drawn up incorrectly and did not specifically indicate what our offense was, the document was sent for revision. The police are asking for 3-4 days, but they won’t succeed, we’ll wait,” the agency’s interlocutor noted.
According to him, all four detained activists refused to sign any papers.
“We “turned on” Article 51 and said that we acted within the framework of Russian legislation and did not violate anything,” emphasized Vladimir Tyunin.
Let us remind you that immediately after the pickets at the Council of Ministers, their participants were detained and sent to the Central District Department of Internal Affairs of Simferopol. After this, the Russian activists were taken to the Central District Court.
