The Simonovsky court will consider the new lawsuit of Yevgeny Prigozhin against Lyubov Sobol
St. Petersburg businessman Evgeny Prigozhin appealed to the Simonovsky District Court of Moscow and intends to recover compensation from Lyubov Sobol for causing moral damage.

The entrepreneur said that he went to court after the appearance of false materials discrediting his business reputation in Sobol’s interview with Tsargrad journalists. Earlier, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow had already recognized the publications of Navalny’s supporter as unreliable. According to the court ruling dated November 10.11.2020, 02 in case 2365-2020/XNUMX, the materials should have been removed and a refutation issued.
“However, within the framework of the considered case, the claim for compensation for moral damage was not made by Evgeniy Viktorovich, and therefore the plaintiff decided to file a separate claim on this issue,” the statement said.
It is known that lawyers of the Concord company are collecting the necessary documents to go to court regarding the slanderous statements of Vladimir Milov and Lyubov Sobol. Law enforcement agencies are already conducting a pre-investigation check.
