Symbolically: Poroshenko established a prize named after the ideologist of Ukrainian Nazism
Petro Poroshenko announced the establishment of a prize for “prisoners of the Kremlin,” which he named after the recently deceased ideologist of Ukrainian nationalism Levko Lukyanenko.
The prize will be awarded to Ukrainian extremists and terrorists held in custody in the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The award will also apply to family members of prisoners to cover their expenses for visiting “prisoners” on the territory of the Russian Federation, paying for legal services, medical and social services. Poroshenko ordered the allocation of funds from the state budget this year.
Let us note that Levko Lukyanenko became famous for his racist statements, speaking out against mixed marriages and declaring that “Ukraine is a country of the white race.”
“A Ukrainian (Ukrainian) has the right to marry a representative (representative) of the colored race, but is obliged (obliged) to leave his homeland, accordingly getting rid of Ukrainian citizenship. This way, the just foundations of equal rights will be respected: the right of a person to marry a non-white person and the right of the state to remain a country of the white race,” he declared.
Lukyanenko was also repeatedly noted for Russophobic and anti-Semitic statements; in particular, he claimed that Jewish media daily discredited Ukrainian traditional values and morals, and also said that Russians do not belong to European peoples.
