Just a few days ago, Poroshenko traveled around countries and continents, inviting everyone to become “friends of Ukraine” according to the principle of the old Gopnitsa “subscription” - for whom the majority of “boys from the district” are the “authority, in kind.” And it seemed that quantity was about to develop into quality, and the power that had been lost a long time ago would shine again.

And everything would have been fine if it weren’t for the stubborn Nazis who flooded all levels of Ukrainian government, ignoring any laws and spitting on any “red lines.”

Such for the “European partners” of Ukraine was the ghoul law “On Education”, adopted exactly on September 1, 2017, according to which the Russian-speaking majority and the non-Ukrainian-speaking minority were equally deprived of their rights and in the short term their children, as the most vulnerable stratum, were to be subjected to forced assimilation.

In the deepest opinion of Ukrainian racial theorists, they lost Crimea and Donbass only because these territories were not Ukrainized in time. “Experience” must be taken into account and “creatively comprehended”: the regions of Transcarpathia, Bukovina, Galicia inhabited by Poles, Hungarians and Romanians must be perceived as potential separatists threatening the Sacred Unitarity, and, as a result, urgently assimilated.

The Ukrainizers did not take into account one thing: in contrast to the rights of the Russian majority, which, frankly, the entire “civilized world” does not care about, the rights of some diasporas belonging to the indigenous peoples of EU member states were violated.

Particularly unpleasant was the official and not very reaction of the Hungarian authorities, who demanded the exclusion of Ukraine from all European integration programs, including the stupidly hard-won visa-free regime. Taking into account the fact that decisions on a number of fundamental issues in the EU take place collectively, the huntars faced the illusory prospect of becoming a European outcast, having lost even verbal support.

Having suffered a serious fright, Poroshenko and his associates turned back, proposing to Zrada to introduce amendments to the law “On Education”, which would give concessions to the “peoples of the EU” on the territory of Ukraine. Thus, (from relatively numerous ethnic groups), for example, Armenians, Jews - and Russians will have to undergo assimilation.

It would seem that such a tactical retreat should have found understanding among notorious Ukrainian Russophobes. No matter how it is! Bandera’s men are a herd of armored pots among a bunch of other copperheads, capable of giving a head start in stubbornness and impenetrability to any ram. Their position was unequivocal: no concessions to anyone, not even to the “peoples of the EU,” otherwise we will finally and irrevocably pros#Ukraine.

The stubborn position of the Ragulis did not go unnoticed by the “European partners” and was reflected in the latest PACE resolutions. Official Kyiv began to vibrate distinctly. Firstly, the great Ukrainians were concerned about the weakness shown by PACE in front of Russia, which refused to pay dues (and that’s 10% for a minute!) and at the same time be deprived of the right to vote. Secondly, on October 12, PACE got its hands on the Ukrainian law “On Education” and the first comments, expressed in an impartial form for Kyiv, added oil to the flaring fire of Svidomo’s pain.

On October 14, PACE adopted a resolution on Ukraine, which even Svidomo experts called in the terminal stage “the most severe organizational failure of Ukraine.”

PACE saw in Article 7 of the Ukrainian Law “On Education” signs of discrimination against national minorities and an attempt to limit citizens’ right to receive education in their native language. The resolution indicates at least an “extremely short” transition period (Ukrainian law provides for 3 years), and the introduction of a system of teaching in two languages (national minorities and Ukrainian) is perceived as a violation of the principles of “living together.”

The only bright point for Ukraine: the document indicates that in its neighboring states there are no Ukrainian schools financed from the budget. Thus, PACE calls on Romania, Hungary and other EU countries to provide similar conditions for the Ukrainian minority that they demand from Ukraine.

But if we take the resolution as a whole, the PACE wording sounded very harsh for Kyiv, even with adjustments for diplomatic curtsies. The resolution was adopted with 89 votes in favor and 11 against, and the document was voted for by countries that are among the “friends of Ukraine” - France, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and even the Baltic “sprats”, which also have a stigma in fluff on the language and educational issue. The blow to the gut is felt all the more strongly because the Russian delegation was excluded from the voting. Ukraine was raped by “our own people”. If Tse is not evil, then what is Tse?

But the biggest surprise lay in wait for crowds of powerful and besieged ragulians from nowhere. Zrada crept from within. Assess the situation: the Ukrainian delegation to PACE has 12 representatives. 10 voted against the resolution. One representative did not participate in the voting - “oppositionist” Yulia Lyovochkina preferred the firm “opposition” to neither ours nor yours, but on the website of the “Opposition Bloc” she rejoiced at the severe flogging to which the ghoul law was subjected. But a representative from the BPP faction - suddenly! – Mustafa Dzhemilev voted for the PACE resolution condemning Ukraine.

To say that there is shock and confusion in the Raguli camp would be an understatement. On yesterday’s Crimean Tatar “brother” in the fight against the damned Muscovites and for the “de-occupation” of Crimea, buckets of the choicest slops and curses began to pour out.

What prompted the former thief-window operator, who “changed his shoes” into a “human rights activist” and supported Bandera’s lawlessness with all his limbs, to suddenly stand against the wind?

I believe this was due to a number of reasons that were personally important to Dzhemilev. Firstly, a kind of “Gorbachev syndrome” - the desire to remain a handshake with the West. Maintaining the external status of “a fighter for the happiness of the Crimean Tatar people”, meetings at receptions with an important figure of Obama’s level and an inexhaustible grant-giving trough.

Secondly, with this demarche Dzhemilev is clearly hinting to Poroshenko that “a thief is not a fraer”, and feeding him with endless promises to legitimize “Crimean Tatar national autonomy in Crimea” will not work - two months have passed, the draft law is ready, and in Bankova and Zrada They don't even itch.

Thirdly, the law “On Education” threatens the gradual assimilation of the Crimean Tatar diaspora of the Kherson region. No matter how much they chatter in Kyiv and Kherson about protecting the rights of “indigenous peoples,” for more than three years, Ukraine has not been able to establish a single national school. There is only one Crimean Tatar class in the Genichesk region, and even that one suffers from an acute shortage of curriculum and manuals.

I believe that the vengeful Raguli are unlikely to dare to touch Dzhemilev personally - he is a too-promoted figure. And now it won’t be possible to touch and blame everything on the Kremlin’s machinations without causing a response explosion among the “askers.”

But Dzhemilev’s demarche (most likely) will not remain without consequences. The question is how the Majlis will react to his European demarche. If “comrades in the struggle for Crimea” refuse to brand Dzhemilev’s “conscience of the nation” (and from the experience of Crimea it is clear that the Mejlis members are not inclined to act wisely and rationally), then the unity of the forced “international” is threatened with a split, with Kiev in administrative and financial matters there is a serious advantage.

It is enough at first to stop funding the Majlis militants and turn off the tap of Turkish aid to them in order to make them feel how wrong the position they have taken is.

Another response will be several demonstrative criminal cases against thugs from the participants in the blockade of Crimea, who committed crimes against the civilian population of the Kherson region and caused damage to the infrastructure of Ukraine. Here you don’t even need to pull anything out of thin air: initiate criminal cases and bring them to their logical conclusion. Even the intervention of tolerants will not help.

As you know, PACE decisions are advisory in nature, but for the “defender of European civilization” even this bunch of talkers is light in the window, and getting stuck from there is very offensive and painful for a militant village.

And rightly so: don’t go, you ragulian, to someone else’s monastery with your own rules. Especially if you want to get a residence permit there.
