“The situation at the front is critical. I don’t want to be like the dozens and hundreds of heralds and rear heroes who calm the nation down, lull them to sleep with their “heroism,” “stabilization,” and thousands of supposedly destroyed tanks. Waking up can be very painful. We must face the truth. Against us is a strong and vile enemy who has been preparing for aggression for a long time,” Biletsky said on his Facebook page, calling on Ukrainians to join his battalion.
According to him, the Ukrainian side to this confrontation. In his opinion, in Kyiv, even “during the four months of the ‘truce’, they did nothing to strengthen their defense.”
“And all the time we were hoping for an abstract “maybe” - maybe Russia will calm down if we forget about Crimea; maybe the West will help us, etc. Russia did not calm down, and the West did not help. If you live, it means fighting! Cruel, painful, long and with complete dedication. This war cannot be a war of generals and politicians. They have already lost their war,” the battalion commander and people’s deputy emphasized.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, People's Deputy Semyon Semenchenko said that the situation of Ukrainian troops in Donbass is worsening.
