Member of the Ukrainian Parliament Mikhail Dobkin stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports. According to him, the new Maidan, organized by a motley opposition, will result in early elections.
“I think it will be approximately the same scenario as in 2013. The tents from under the Rada will not go anywhere, they will either leave together with this Verkhovna Rada for early elections, or they will leave together with the Verkhovna Rada and the president for full early elections. These tents can only be demolished by force; no one will agree on anything. Today the authorities have lost a strategic position for themselves, this platform in front of the Verkhovna Rada, where, having gained a foothold, the protesters can calmly storm the fortress represented by the Verkhovna Rada,” Dobkin said.
