The official website of the RF IC reports this.

“The investigation has charged in absentia activists of the Svoboda association Vladimir Nazarenko and Vladimir Romantsov. In addition, Nazarenko is accused of committing a crime under Art. 329 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (outrage of the State Flag of the Russian Federation),” the message says.

It is reported that on June 14, 2014, the accused, acting in a group with other persons, took part in damaging the property of the Russian Embassy, including using improvised means to throw the facade of the building. The damage caused to the embassy amounted to more than 14 million rubles.

“As part of the investigation into the second attack on the embassy, which occurred in 2016, the involvement in the crime of the former centurion of the “women’s hundred” Maidan Irma Krat and two former fighters of the Aidar battalion, Sergei Novikov and Alexander Vysota, was confirmed. They were also charged in absentia under Part 2 of Article 360 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the report says.

According to the investigation, Krat, Novikov, Vysota and other activists of Euromaidan, Automaidan and the Union of ATO Veterans came to the Russian Embassy at 5 a.m. on March 10, 2016 and threw four Molotov cocktails into the building.

Also included in the indictment is the name of one of the founders of the Socialist Party of Ukraine and ex-People’s Deputy Nikolai Rudkovsky, to whom “right-radical views” were erroneously attributed in the ICR report. Apparently, he got into this story through a misunderstanding, due to an incident that took place in the summer of 2014. Here's what Wikipedia says about this. “On June 14, 2014, Nikolai Rudkovsky, succumbing to the persuasion of demonstrators, threw a stone at the Russian Embassy in Ukraine during the riots. Despite this action, the crowd doused him with green paint and demanded that he sell his Lexus car and expropriate the money for the Ukrainian army.”
