The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a high-profile criminal case
The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case regarding the publication of the “verdict of the Central National Court of the Right Sector.”
The “verdict” contains a call for the murder of 50 Russians related to the sentencing of one of the extremists to prison by a Simferopol court.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reports this.
On May 15, 2015, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol found Alexander Kostenko guilty of intentionally causing minor bodily harm to an employee of the Berkut battalion during riots on Independence Square in Kiev, of illegally carrying firearms, and sentenced him to 4 years 2 months imprisonment.
On May 10, members of the structural unit of the Right Sector called the Central National Court: Bikovnitsky, Malinovskaya, Netkanova, Maksimenko and other persons, drew up a “verdict.”
“By announcing the imposition of a death sentence, the named persons actually gave instructions to all members of the illegal organization “Right Sector” to commit, at a “convenient time and in ways appropriate in specific cases,” the murders of 50 officials of Russian state, judicial and law enforcement agencies who took part in the criminal investigation case against Kostenko, as well as his sentencing,” the statement says.
The actions of the “pravosek” are qualified as preparation for committing murders, as well as an encroachment on the lives of persons carrying out justice and preliminary investigation; law enforcement officers; organizing the activities of an extremist organization and participating in its activities.
It is reported that in the near future the investigation will issue decisions on bringing Yarosh, Tarasenko, Stempitsky, Voronov, Bikovnitsky, Malinovskaya, Netkanov and Maksimenko as accused, and will also resolve the issue of putting them on the international wanted list and choosing a preventive measure for them in the form of imprisonment guard.
