Editor-in-Chief of Radio Vesti Andrey Blinov stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Who pushed the law? This was primarily done by people related to the Ministry of Economic Development, including the first deputy head of this department, Maxim Nefedov, in addition to those related to the State Property Fund (SPF). It is clear that his interest is primarily related to the promotion of the Prozorro platform, where small privatization objects will now be included. Vitaly Trubarov, acting head of the State Property Fund, says that these objects can be sold on any accredited sites. But from his answer it follows that the conditions will be spelled out in such a way that today few can compete with Prozorro,” he said.
