Scandal: Lyashko forged documents for 2 million hryvnia
The examination established the falsification of documents on the sale of a Mercedes-Benz S 500L Matic by Oleg Lyashko for 2,2 million hryvnia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is stated in the materials of the Solomensky District Court of Kyiv, reports Ukrainian News.
At the moment, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) is investigating possible illegal enrichment, declaration of false information and the use of false documents by Lyashko.
In the electronic declaration for 2015, Lyashko indicated the receipt of 2,2 million hryvnia in income from the alienation of movable property received from the RPL candidate in the 2014 early elections Veronica Vyun.
At the same time, Vyun, interrogated as a witness, denied the fact of purchasing the specified car from Lyashko, signing any documents in this regard, as well as the fact of receiving any funds from Lyashko.
The above may indicate Lyashko’s use of allegedly forged documents to provide the appearance of legality of the acquisition of 2,2 million hryvnia.
During the investigation, it was established that the re-registration of the car was carried out by the Kontrakt-Avto company.
The basis for re-registration was, among other things, a statement signed on behalf of Vyun.
At the same time, a forensic handwriting examination established that the signatures in the re-registration documents were not made by Vyun, but by another person.
The court granted NABU's request and provided access to documents containing information about subscribers who were located near the buildings of the Kontrakt-Avto company and the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the re-registration of the car.
