Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko was not allowed into the building of the Verkhovna Rada today. The mayor of the capital met this situation with a smile. Klitschko stressed that the Ukrainian parliament is located in Kyiv, for which he is responsible.

As a result, after arguing with security, Klitschko finally ended up in the Verkhovna Rada, where a ceremonial meeting was held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine.
