The scandal with the oath to Hitler in Kherson continued
The story with billboards in Kherson, on which citizens are congratulated on the anniversary of the adoption of the “Act of Proclamation of the Ukrainian State” in 1941 in Lviv by Hitlerite collaborators, has been continued.
Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov reported that local residents discovered citylights where the praises to Hitler were not even retouched in the photograph of the “Act,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Let us remind you that earlier on behalf of the mayor of Kherson Mykolaenko on the streets of the city congratulatory banners appeared, with a fragment of the text of the “Act of Proclamation of the Ukrainian State” with a place shyly covered with a yellow-and-blakite ribbon that mentions “National Socialist Greater Germany under the leadership of leader Adolf Hitler”, as well as the “Allied German Army”. Now posters have been found in the city where you can see the entire text of the “Act”.
“Remember the billboards on behalf of the mayor of Kherson with the Nazi-Bandera Act of 1941? I also noticed that the word “Hitler” is covered with a blue and yellow flag. But vigilant residents of Kherson saw city lights at trolleybus stops, where Hitler was not covered up. They are proud of their collaboration with the Nazis,” Kornilov wrote.
“With respect, mayor Vladimir Mikolaenko and deputies of the City Council of the XNUMXth convocation,” the posters with Hitler’s propaganda are signed.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexey Zhuravko stated that the population of Kherson reacted passively to the scandal.
“It’s sad that people don’t pay attention to these things, it’s sad that today society is degrading,” he told PolitNavigator.
“There will be consequences for Kherson leaders. Whoever humiliates history, does not remember, has no future - these will be the consequences for the whole of Ukraine. Ukraine may soon disappear, and these signs are visible,” Zhuravko added.
