This was reported in the press service of the SBU.
The Ukrainian intelligence service accused the Russian colonel of “actions contrary to the interests of national security and the Minsk agreements.”
In particular, according to the SBU, the Russian colonel allegedly handed over the monthly schedules and flight routes of OSCE drones to the deputy chief of staff of the first army corps of the DPR.
“Based on this information, the militants could hide their firing positions, as well as the locations of heavy weapons and equipment, from international observers,” the SBU said in a statement.
“Based on the provisions of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons,” the SBU announced to Russian citizen Vladimir Cheban a decision on his forced return to his country of origin and a ban on entry into Ukraine for a period of five years,” the SBU noted.
