Scandal: a date with Avakov’s deputy was bought at auction for 11 million by a Russian. The results of the auction were canceled
An ostentatious charity online auction organized by Arsen Avakov’s department turned into a scandal. It turned out that a representative of the “aggressor country” is ready to buy breakfast from the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the sexy 26-year-old beauty Anastasia Deeva, for an astronomical sum. And Avakov doesn’t know what to do now.

The Kiev publication “Strana” writes about this.
“The actual winner of the tender for breakfast with Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Anastasia Deeva, who agreed to pay 11 million hryvnia, turned out to be a citizen of the Russian Federation,” the publication says. Elena Fesyun, who offered 11 million UAH for breakfast with Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anastasia Deeva, told the Strana publication that, contrary to the message from the ProZorro system, she did not withdraw her bid.
“ProZorro most likely misunderstood me. I said that it wouldn’t be me at the meeting, and then things started to happen. Since my last name is, they don’t understand why it won’t be me on the date. Although I don’t understand why they need this information. Maybe I was confused by the fact that the man who bought breakfast is a citizen of the Russian Federation,” the publication quotes Elena Fesyun.
The Russian is still ready to contribute UAH 11 million, the bidder said. In her opinion, a man perceives a meeting with Deeva as a date. Fesyun refused to reveal the identity of the breakfast buyer, but indicated that the Russian did not know Anastasia.
At the same time, a representative of ProZorro told Strana that Fesyun refused to pay.
“She told us that she wanted to deliver 11. But she made a mistake and delivered 000,” said project manager Andrei Motovilovets.
Today, the public procurement service ProZorro presented the results of the auction, the lot of which was breakfast with Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Deeva. The winner was Vladislav Soloshenko, whose bid was 10 UAH. The highest bid – UAH 010 million from Fesyun – was canceled after the applicant refused.
The funds from the charity auction are expected to be used to purchase ventilators for the children's clinic of the Institute of Neurosurgery.
