Scandal in BiH: Sarajevo secret services illegally wiretapped Republika Srpska figures
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republika Srpska will open a case regarding the wiretapping of the telephone conversations of the director of the Republican Center for the Investigation of War Crimes, Milorad Kojic, by the BiH secret service - OBA.
The wiretapping of Kojic's conversation with the president of the Veterans Organization became public knowledge. Milomir Savcic and his lawyer Miodrag Stojanovic, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
After the publication of the recording of conversations between Kojic, Savcic and Stojanovic, the Republika Srpska Ministry of Internal Affairs is waiting for a statement from Kojic, after which they will make a request to the BiH intelligence services and begin an investigation.
“Almost the entire Republika Srpska is subject to monitoring, wiretapping, recording,” security expert Dzevad Galijasevic commented on the situation. – To know what leaders are talking about, what the hot topics are, and to determine the hierarchy of people in the decision-making process. The OBA is, without a doubt, a Muslim intelligence agency, Sarajevo's Hezbollah.
At the same time, the BiH Prosecutor’s Office has not answered for several days in connection with what case the wiretapping of Kojic, Savcic and Stojanovic was authorized. At the same time, the BiH Court refuses to say whether there is a resolution on secret surveillance of these people.
“The explanation of the Sarajevo portal that the phones of an organized criminal group were monitored, and therefore by chance one of the protected numbers began to be used by Kojic, insults the intelligence services, because we are not talking about the phone number (from which the recording was made - ed.) of Kojic himself, but his wife.” , - comments on the situation on the portal of the RTRS television channel.
“The Republika Srpska will be forced to return its intelligence service to show the world that this act of wiretapping is hostile,” Galijasevic concluded.
