About it reported the local publication 057.ua - Website of the city of Kharkov.
The publication reports that early in the morning on Gagarin Avenue, passers-by told patrol officers that a drunk man was driving a VAZ-2110. The patrol officers checked the information and it was confirmed.
“In the car, the police found a driver with signs of alcohol intoxication and 5 passengers who behaved aggressively. When the patrol officers were preparing administrative materials about violation of Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for driving a vehicle while intoxicated, the driver of the VAZ-2110 persistently offered money to the policemen,” noted Yaroslava Borisova, speaker of the Kharkov patrol police.
The inspectors filmed this fact with chest cameras.
The patrol officers took the offender to the police department, where a lawyer was called for the detainee.
For an attempt to bribe patrol police officers, investigators opened proceedings under Part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code – “Providing an unlawful benefit to an official.”
Earlier in Kharkov, a drug-addled American drove his car into a tax office fence.
