According to the publication, Mog Plus LLC has permission to place advertising lightboxes in escalator tunnels in the capital’s metro.

However, according to the publication, this enterprise refused to comment on the advertisement with the director of NABU.

“The Advertising Department of the Kyiv City State Administration has granted permission to Mog Plus LLC to place advertising in escalator tunnels. Then they enter into commercially profitable contracts. We have nothing to do with this and are not involved in the process with whom they enter into subcontracting agreements,” a department employee told the agency.

According to the publication, Mog Plus LLC also reported that they rent out “luminaires,” and advertisements for them are placed by “a completely different company,” whose name they refused to disclose and advised to send an official request.

The agency was unable to contact the director of the enterprise. He, according to employees, is on vacation abroad.

The publication writes that according to YouControl, the founder and director of Mog Plus LLC is Valery Anatolyevich Voloshin.

The publication also reports that the director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Artem Sytnik, plans to appeal against the placement of advertisements in the capital’s metro by unknown persons. In particular, the complaint will concern the illegal use of his image.

According to Ukrainian legislation, advertising is prohibited from “placing an image of an individual or using it without the written consent of that person.”

Sytnik claims that the content of this advertisement was not agreed with him and his customer is unknown to him.
