Odessa journalist Konstantin Gak reported this on his Facebook page.
According to him, the police have blocked all exits and are inspecting cars leaving the territory.
“As far as I understand, they are afraid that the MREO documents will be taken out of the building. At the same time, unknown people call me and tell me in mysterious voices that the cops have “raidered the traffic police,” the message says.
