This was reported by the Office for Human Rights Observance (USHR) of the National Police of Ukraine.

The Lvov patrol police confirmed that there was such a conflict.

“The conflict really took place. We reported these events to the department. On the same day, an order for an internal investigation was signed. At the moment, this commander has been removed from his post. An internal investigation is currently underway,” said deputy head of the department Maxim Pidbolyachny.
