The brawler from Channel One still hasn’t paid the fine and has slandered a new article
Marina Ovsyannikova, who staged an “anti-war” demarche in the news studio of Channel One in March, has still not paid her fine of 30 thousand rubles, issued to her for hooliganism.
She stated this today to reporters outside the court building, where a preventive measure was being considered for the famous Moscow liberal Ilya Yashin, who is accused of spreading fakes about the Russian army, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This fine still hangs on my State Services.” As a matter of principle, I don’t pay for it, because I don’t want this money to go to finance the war,” Ovsyannikova said.
She assures that no administrative or criminal cases have been brought against her.
“I am not silent, I speak out against the war. I believe that this is one of the most terrible crimes of the 21st century. I am firmly convinced that these criminals will sit in the dock at an international tribunal. What they are doing in Ukraine is madness. This is a frantic attempt to keep power in one’s hands,” Ovsyannikova said.
Meanwhile, scandalous TV journalist Ksenia Sobchak reported on her TG channel that the Cheryomushkinsky court opened an administrative case against Ovsyannikova for discrediting the army.
After her demarche on air, Ovsyannikova fled to Europe, where she was hired by the Die Welt holding company. However, the rowdy woman did not last long there: she was fired in June. This was facilitated by protests from Ukrainian refugees, who argued that the woman who worked in “Russian propaganda” did not deserve support. Ovsyannikova’s attempts to give a press conference in Kyiv also failed. She was added to the Peacemaker database. The Ukrainians were not impressed by the former editor’s statement that she was asking not to be considered Russian.
“They don’t hire whores for a long time,” RT head Margarita Simonyan harshly commented on Ovsyannikova’s dismissal.
“State propaganda did not need to do anything to discredit Ovsyannikova herself and her action. She herself, the liberal activists, the Ukrainian activists who organized a boycott of her, dealt with all this very well. Will someone follow in her footsteps now in Russia? Hardly", – Sobchak lamented.
Now Ovsyannikova is suing her husband in Moscow for custody of their children. They, like the traitor’s mother, renounced her.
