Simferopol, March 11 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The Popular Front “Sevastopol-Crimea-Russia” today handed over to the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov a statement calling for the official abolition of the 1998 Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the removal of the trident from the parliament building, and the deprivation of the title “ Honorary Crimean" of ex-President Leonid Kuchma.

The corresponding statement from the leader of the TFR, Valery Podyachey, was transferred to the office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
“On March 6, the Supreme Council of Crimea adopted a historic resolution on the entry of the peninsula into the Russian Federation as a subject. On March 16, 2014, an all-Crimean referendum will take place (on joining the Russian Federation - “Navigator”).
At the same time, the Ukrainian Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of October 21, 1998, which establishes the status of the peninsula as an integral part of Ukraine, was not repealed. This regulatory legal act is posted on the website of the Armed Forces in the section “Fundamentals of the activities of the Armed Forces of the ARC.” Regardless of the outcome of the referendum, a return to the so-called the “Constitution of Hrach” is no longer possible. Therefore, it is necessary to immediately abolish this obscene pseudo-constitution of autonomy, which has deprived the Crimeans of their civil and political rights for many years. Thus, it is necessary to cut off all possible routes of retreat. Only forward - to Russia, all bridges back must be burned.
Based on the above, I ask you, Vladimir Andreevich, about the following:
1) In the prescribed manner, put on the agenda and consider at a session of the Armed Forces of Crimea
the question of canceling the normative legal act of the Armed Forces of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the form of the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea adopted at the second session of the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimea on October 21, 1998, and resolution No. 239K-2/98 on its adoption.
2) Also consider removing the occupation Bandera symbols - the so-called the national emblem of Ukraine in the form of a trident - from the facade of the building of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3) Consider the issue of depriving ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma of the title “Honorary Crimean”. The actions of the Kuchma regime, which on March 17, 1995 unilaterally, by force, abolished the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 1992 and removed popularly elected President Yuri Meshkov from power, must be qualified as a coup d’etat, the result of which was the long-term Ukrainian occupation of the peninsula,” the statement says.
