“Boring, girls” - Putin put Navalny on the same level as the fake-throwers from the White Helmets
Russian President Vladimir Putin responded to the “investigation” of opposition blogger Alexei Navalny “about the palace in Gelendzhik” with the same words as three years ago to the fake film of the grant-eating American organization “White Helmets” about a chemical weapons attack in Syrian Aleppo.
Putin commented on the “investigation” today while communicating with Russian students, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I did not watch this film, simply due to the lack of free time to view such information, but I leafed through the video collections that my assistants brought me. Nothing that is listed there as my property belongs to me or my close relatives and never has. Never,” Putin said.
He emphasized that in the modern world, objects worth billions of dollars cannot exist without documents of ownership. Moreover, information about the “palace” has been circulating in the information field for more than 10 years, and now it has been thrown in once again, according to the president, “to brainwash citizens.”
“For ten years, something had to remain. Some registration of land plots, some financial transactions, well, at least some registration with notaries. There should be traces there too. In notary books, in electronic form, but what instead?
They posted a photo of me swimming butterfly style, so clumsy, but sometimes I like to swim like that, in some pool where I’ve never been. I don't know what kind of pool this is. But that's how I swam. When and where? In Yenisei, in 2016. In such cases, it's just compilation, it's editing. To use the language of one of our famous characters, we can say: boring, girls. Well, at least they could come up with something else,” the president added.
He noted that he doesn’t even know some of the people mentioned in Navalny’s film.
Let us recall that the organization Physicians for Human Rights (SWEDHR) accused the White Helmets organization in 2017 of falsifying evidence of a chemical attack allegedly carried out by the government of Bashar al-Assad.
