The Assembly of Srebrenica decided to dismiss its chairman for a vile denunciation of a Serbian journalist
After the summer holidays, the Assembly of Srebrenica will put on the agenda the resignation of Chairman Kamil Durakovic, who wrote to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH a denunciation of a journalist for denying the fake “genocide in Srebrenica”.
This was reported by RTRS, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Information about the intentions of the legislative power of the municipality of Srebrenica was announced by the Serbian member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik at a press conference after the extraordinary meeting of the People's Assembly of the Republika Srpska.
The meeting was dedicated to anti-Serbian amendments in the Bosnian Criminal Code of the Western overseer for BiH - the High Representative, Austrian diplomat Valentin Inzko, which provides for criminal liability for denying the false “genocide in Serbrenica”.
“We will put Durakovic’s resignation on the agenda due to the persecution of journalists. In this regard, there is a consensus of all political parties of the Republika Srpska,” Dodik said.
Let us recall that Kamil Durakovic, on the day when the amendments of the High Representative entered into force, wrote a statement to the BiH Prosecutor's Office against the journalist of the state TV channel Republika Srpska - RTRS Branimir Djuricic, a descendant of the victims of the Ustashe concentration camp Jasenovac, who wrote on Twitter that there was no genocide in Srebrenica.
