The corresponding decision was made on Thursday at a session of the Simferopol City Council.
According to the Chairman of the City Council, Viktor Ageev, the square in front of the building at 137 Kievskaya Street, popularly nicknamed “the ship,” has existed for a long time.
“Today we are introducing this square into the framework of the law. We will improve the area, make lighting, and a children’s playground,” said the city mayor.
According to him, the improvement will be carried out at the expense of entrepreneurs - owners of objects in the park.
