White House press secretary Jen Psaki has already voiced an excuse as to why Biden is not ready to meet Putin at the debate.

“Biden has already spoken with President Putin, although there are still many world leaders with whom he has not yet spoken. And we communicated with Russian leaders, members of the government at all levels, but I have nothing to say about future negotiations. Biden will be in Georgia tomorrow and will be very busy,” Psaki said.

“Weak Biden! Pissed!" – commented Russian political scientist Alexey Martynov.
