Based on this fact, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Sevastopol are conducting a pre-investigation check.

“An investigative team worked at the scene of the incident. Investigators carried out a set of initial measures to verify the circumstances of the boy’s death. According to preliminary data, the boy’s death is associated with a severe chronic disease,” the official statement says.
Investigators examined the scene of the incident, interviewed the boy’s parents, eyewitnesses of the incident, and ambulance workers who responded to the emergency call.
To establish the cause of death, a forensic medical examination was ordered, and data was requested from the medical institution where the boy was observed.
Currently, all the circumstances of the incident are being established. The audit will be made a procedural decision.
