“Servant of the People” may not live to see the elections
Due to the lack of cells in the regions, the Servant of the People party cannot fully prepare for local elections.
Elena Dyachenko, director of the Party in Power consulting company, stated this in an interview with CapitalTV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A party that does not have regional cells cannot, by and large, prepare for elections at the level of regional cells. Therefore, the strategy for party building was the sale of franchises, like McDonald's. Their preparation for elections is the selection of solvent candidates to get through.
But this is a double-edged sword: the longer they delay local elections, the more their ratings will fall. There are only two options - either carry them out on time according to the Constitution, or postpone them until next spring, because there is nowhere else to postpone them. And by next spring... I apologize, let them live happily ever after, but this is a very optimistic scenario,” Dyachenko said.
