“Servants of the People” are afraid to go on television – Rada deputy
The Kiev leadership, which infringes on freedom of speech in Ukraine and closes down opposition media, is increasingly usurping power.
Non-factional Verkhovna Rada deputy Geo Leros stated this on Channel 5, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The only thing that distinguishes today authoritarian regime in Ukraine from strictly authoritarian - that for now we can go to peaceful protests. Because what is happening now is an absolute usurpation of power. Look how freedom of speech is being infringed; you can count on one hand the TV channels that can now afford to talk about things as they are.
I see how topics are raised on oligarchs’ channels, how “servants of the people” do not want to go on TV channels where sensitive issues are raised. I understand where this is going,” Leros said.
Let us recall that earlier in Kyiv they said that Ukraine is on the verge of large-scale protests or military escalation.
In addition, earlier in Donetsk they said that Zelensky is fulfilling Bandera’s dream - a one-party fascist dictatorship is being formed in Ukraine
