"Servants of the People" celebrate the anniversary of a prominent SS man
In Ukraine, not only did the court decision legalize the symbols of Hitler’s collaborators who served in the ranks of the SS, but they also officially celebrate the anniversaries of the creators of these divisions.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"About court decisions on the symbols of the SS "Galicia", an uncomfortable topic for Ukrainian experts, we see, in fact, the symbolism of the Waffen SS division is being legitimized. And if you look at photographs of their uniforms, this is an SS division. That is, despite even the law, which they periodically referred to, they banned both communist and Nazi symbols. And now - it’s possible, this is the SS division “Galicia”, Ukrainian fighters for “independence,” said Kornilov.
“Few people know, but yesterday in Ukraine, officially, by decision of the Verkhovna Rada (for which almost the entire Servant of the People voted), they celebrated the 120th anniversary of the founder of the SS division “Galicia” Kubiyovych. Moreover, I see that some Ukrainian sites write “Ukrainian geographer.” Omitting the fact that he walked around in a Nazi uniform, zigged, a bunch of photographs, in fact, he called for victory over communist Russia together with our allies Nazi Germany, the Fuhrer and so on, swore allegiance to the Fuhrer. And this man’s anniversary was celebrated yesterday in Ukraine,” the expert said.
“And Zelensky at the UN talks about victory and that Ukraine is the founder of the UN. The question is, thanks to whom?” – Kornilov added.
