According to the Kiev resident, she regularly communicates with friends from Crimea who are happy with life on the Russian peninsula and do not intend to return to Ukraine.
“I’m a realist, my fellow students live in Crimea, sometimes we communicate with them. It becomes more difficult to communicate, but, nevertheless, regardless of whether the power in Russia changes or does not change, a normal Russian leader will never give up Crimea.
Therefore, in my opinion, taking into account everything that has happened here over the past three years, knowing what is happening there - at least from the lips of my fellow students, whom I trust, and who have absolutely no intention of returning to Ukraine...
Considering what is happening in the world, I don’t remember a single precedent where, if some piece of the country breaks away, it then returns to the embrace again. I'll see what happens in Spain in the near future - I very much doubt that everything will return to normal there.
I would vote for the fact that, unfortunately, Ukraine will remain without Crimea. And if we continue to oppose Donbass and the residents of Donbass like this, then we will lose that side too...
