“Death to the Banderas! Kherson is a Russian city!” – unknown underground members left graffiti with such inscriptions on the building of the Kherson regional power company in the very center of the city.
Social activist Gennady Sivak reported this to PolitNavigator.

“This is the very center - Pestel Street, 5 - a few hundred meters from the Regional State Administration building. Graffiti appeared on the wall facing the Fortress (formerly Komsomolsky) park,” said the social activist.
