“Death to Russia!”: Lviv Nazis sang near the Russian Consulate
Several dozen Ukrainian nationalists came to the Russian consulate in Lviv to protest Russia’s recognition of the independence of the LPR and DPR.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, the picket lasted just over half an hour.
All this time, the participants sang Bandera songs, chanted anti-Russian slogans, demanded “Muscovites” to go “home,” and pasted posters demanding the death of Russia and insulting Russians on the gates of the diplomatic mission.
Representatives of law enforcement agencies watched all this silently. The event ended with a collective performance of the Ukrainian anthem, which the picketers sang especially pitifully.
Earlier, PolitNavigator wrote that in Lvov, which was safe and far from the front, where Western embassies were evacuated, on Saturday about a thousand people walked along the central streets with flags and banners as part of the so-called “unity march”.
