Ukraine, contrary to the Minsk agreements, is massing armored vehicles in the Donbass, using camouflage movements at night with headlights off; as a result of road accidents, people die on the roads.
A journalist from Donetsk, Elena Blokha, talks about this in her blog, citing as an example the latest report about an accident in Mariupol, where a tractor with a tank and a passenger car collided.

“At night, the Armed Forces of Ukraine pull heavy equipment to the demarcation line near Mariupol (and not only). Apparently, no one turns on the headlights and lights so that they don’t get noticed. In the photo, the “nine” was hit by a tractor with a tank in the Mangush area last night. The young female driver died on the spot. Her 7-year-old son is in serious condition. And what do honest journalists write? Yes, what the honest cops give them: “the woman herself ran over the trailer,” the author is indignant at the clumsy propaganda of the Ukrainian media.
“Look how this is presented in the Ukrainian media: it turns out that it was the woman’s Zhiguli car that “hit” Ukrainian equipment! Judging by the pictures, I would call it anything, but definitely not a hit-and-run. By the way, Ukrainian journalists unwittingly showed what the military MAZ was transporting. The question is: what, excuse me, are these armored vehicles doing near Mariupol? What do we have the Minsk agreements and numerous OSCE observers say about this?” – political scientist Vladimir Kornilov agrees.
