“Back in 2014, martial law should have been introduced and the death penalty for traitors and marauders should have been restored. Then the country would have won the war, and then today the territories would have been returned, and not what happened when political corruption occurs both in the distribution of the budget and in the distribution of territories, and agreements - “we advance here, we retreat there” - Mosiychuk said.
