Media: Russia does not allow its Cossacks to join the Donetsk People's Army

The chief of staff claims that the police and Ukrainian military stationed in the Donetsk region are not eager to interfere in the situation and even turn to activists with a request to block their units - so that they have something to explain their inaction to Kyiv. “We hope for Russia’s support, but the most important thing that people want now is that a civil war does not start and blood is not shed,” says the chief of staff.”
