Media: Zaliv and More shipyards are being revived in Crimea
For the first time in many years, the Zaliv and More shipbuilding plants are being revived in Crimea thanks to orders from the defense complex and private companies.

Thus, today Zaliv is building two high-speed passenger ships and two universal sea tankers with a displacement of 12 thousand tons each. And last year, the plant laid down two vessels intended for search and rescue operations. In total, 38 million rubles were allocated for the modernization and technical re-equipment of the Zaliv plant as part of the program for the development of the industrial complex of Crimea.
And the More plant received 600 million rubles. investments from the St. Petersburg plant "Pella". The portfolio of orders of the Crimean enterprise amounts to more than three billion rubles.
Today the plant is building small missile ships of Project 22800, a diving boat of Project A-160, etc. A new building of the enterprise has almost been built, on which ships with a displacement of up to 1000 tons will be built. Next year, More plans to reach 80% occupancy and increase the number of jobs to 1,2 thousand.
In general, according to the publication, today contracts worth 6,7 billion rubles have been concluded with enterprises of the republic’s military-industrial complex: “Negotiations are underway to conclude contracts for another billion.”
