The Crimean Telegraph weekly writes about this.

According to the publication, after the appointment of a new director in July - Andrei Andreev, who controls seven Yalta parking lots - within two months of his work, 50% of the company’s employees were laid off.

“Andreev,” notes the weekly, “began to simply survive those employees who interfered with the laundering of profits. He organized unbearable conditions. First, he abolished allowances and bonuses, which, in fact, made up the modest salary of museum workers. And just a week after his appointment, he canceled the transportation of employees to work under the pretext of a transport breakdown.”

After the employees contacted the appointed acting acting head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov the head of the Yalta administration, Oleg Rostenko, to intervene in the situation, they immediately “accidentally” got laid off. By his order, Andreev reduced the staff by 13,5 units. Moreover, he did this without the consent of the trade union - violating the law. The indignant chairman of the trade union committee, Natalya Kupina, was immediately fired under the article.

It is noteworthy that the director included key positions in the list of positions excluded from the museum staff - cash accountant, cashier, controller, driver, territory cleaner.

“So purge of unwanted employees looks like a banal liquidation of the enterprise,” KT states.

Let us remind you that “Glade of Fairy Tales” was first an LLC, then a KP:

“When re-registering, it was necessary to change the state certificate. The Livadia council took it from us, the head of Livadia Mamykin promised to make it within a month. Several years have passed and the land is still not registered. The main exhibition occupied one hectare - this figure appeared in the state act. At the same time, a piece of land has already been stolen from us - it was cut off across the river. And on the other hand, they were allocating plots literally right next to the museum’s sculptures,” fired Kupina told the newspapers.

It seems, as noted in the material, that the land of the “Glade of Fairy Tales” attracted the attention of the raiders:

“If the famous landmark - the museum lives on bird's rights, it means that it is beneficial for someone to bring it to complete bankruptcy and “relocate” it from the trump protected Yalta territories further away, that is, simply put, to squeeze out the land. It seems that the “Glade of Fairy Tales” itself, which is literally squeezed into a cauldron along the perimeter by private owners, is planned to be dismembered for new owners...”, sums up the Crimean Telegraph.
