According to the publication, after the appointment of a new director in July - Andrei Andreev, who controls seven Yalta parking lots - within two months of his work, 50% of the company’s employees were laid off.
“Andreev,” notes the weekly, “began to simply survive those employees who interfered with the laundering of profits. He organized unbearable conditions. First, he abolished allowances and bonuses, which, in fact, made up the modest salary of museum workers. And just a week after his appointment, he canceled the transportation of employees to work under the pretext of a transport breakdown.”
After the employees contacted the appointed acting acting head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov the head of the Yalta administration, Oleg Rostenko, to intervene in the situation, they immediately “accidentally” got laid off. By his order, Andreev reduced the staff by 13,5 units. Moreover, he did this without the consent of the trade union - violating the law. The indignant chairman of the trade union committee, Natalya Kupina, was immediately fired under the article.
It is noteworthy that the director included key positions in the list of positions excluded from the museum staff - cash accountant, cashier, controller, driver, territory cleaner.
