Media: Proceedings await owners of Crimean real estate closer than 100 m from the sea
Moscow - Simferopol, April 03 (Navigator, Mikhail Stamm) - Private property owners in Crimea will remain with their own: all they need to do is re-register the documents. But, for example, many objects were built at a distance of less than a hundred meters from the sea, which does not comply with Russian laws. So many people are facing serious trials.

KP correspondents who traveled to Crimea before the May holidays remind us of this.
According to them, the peninsula is ready for the holiday season. “For the last few years, we have been losing Russian tourists very much,” they quote Maria Malgina, director of the Crimean Resort and Tourism Agency. – He was replaced by Ukrainians. The Russians were satisfied with the service and the cost of accommodation and food. The main problem was the price of the flight. It was much cheaper for the average family to fly on vacation to the same Krasnodar region.”
Now that Crimea has become Russian, this problem seems to be being solved, KP notes.
Meanwhile, the newspaper recalls, the Ukrainian authorities did little to develop tourism - they were more interested in land. “We have watched for many years as the best properties went bankrupt and were transferred into private ownership. Cottage villages and dachas were built on the territories of huge boarding houses,” Maria Malgina explains the logic of Kyiv.
Now Crimea will take over 128 departmental sanatoriums for itself.
