On Tuesday, the Ukrainian authorities in “liberated Slavyansk” organized another “unity” concert, inviting Andrei Makarevich there.

But the humanitarian catastrophe is being carefully hushed up by the authorities. Makarevich’s passion in the ATO zone is as necessary, but the mission with help from Russia is not.
The representative of the Ukrainian president, Irina Gerashchenko, continues to claim that Poroshenko is very “concerned” about the current situation and has daily telephone conversations with the leaders of the leading world powers. I don’t know what they are discussing there, but no one has yet provided decisive and clear help.
Yesterday, the number of refugees in need of food exceeded the funds' reserves, and today people were forced to be denied rations. The Red Cross had food supplies left for about two hundred people; they, too, exist solely due to the mercy of caring citizens. The Fund for Assistance to the Families of Victims and the fund of your humble servant hastily purchased food to cover at least five hundred families. But it would be enough for the same Russian humanitarian convoy to pass through - and the people remaining in the ATO zone would have food and medicine. But this is not beneficial for Kyiv.
150 thousand former citizens of Ukraine have already applied for Russian citizenship. What are these people running from? From the bombings. There was no reaction from Bankova. But this is one hundred and fifty thousand taxpayers. A poor country that lives off endless handouts from the “world community” is easily scattered by its compatriots.
It seems that the reason is that Ukraine no longer needs the population of Donbass. Why does Kyiv need an electoral base that is opposed to the current government? Donbass did not participate in the presidential elections either. And he will not be noticed in the upcoming parliamentary elections. Read: only nationalistically minded patriots and pure fascists will get into the Rada. The skillful Savik Shuster will confirm the “Choice of the Nation” in his audience.
And with a new composition, with new forces, they will begin to rivet legislation at a new level: they will recognize the use of the Russian language as aiding the separatists, they will ban opposition parties, they will rename all the streets of Lenin and Artyom, and they will spend the remains of city budgets on this; will continue to initiate criminal cases for remarks on social networks, etc.
Poroshenko is almost doing well, as it seems to him. The more residents of the southeast become a headache for Russia, the easier it is to rule the zombified yellow-blue biomass.
