A sniper almost killed Lyashko

“When Mariupol was being liberated, a sniper shot at me. Wounded my guard. Thank God, everything worked out. They shot from the fourth floor of the university building, which we liberated. I remembered this for the rest of my life. I hope this is the first and last time,” Lyashko said.
Let us recall that last spring, when Mariupol was still under the control of the militias, reports appeared in the media about Lyashko’s capture, but the politician soon denied this information. According to Navigator, Lyashko was indeed captured at that time, but managed to corrupt the rebels and free himself for $200 thousand.
