Without water again: in the Lugansk region, cutting off power to water utilities for debts has become a tradition
In the government-controlled part of the Luhansk region, the Lisichansk municipal specialized enterprise for the extraction, processing, sale of water and wastewater treatment “Lisichanskvodokanal” will again be cut off due to a debt of more than UAH 168 million, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of Lugansk Energy Association LLC reported this on Facebook.
“(On Friday - ed.) On October 18, there will be a blackout from the power supply of the Lisichanskvodokanal. The debt recognized by the court decision amounted to more than UAH 168 million,” the statement says.
It is noted that UAH 143 million 320 thousand is for active electricity, and UAH 24 million 837 thousand are penalties.
Let us remind you that on August 19, 80 thousand subscribers were left without water supply in the Lugansk region due to the debts of the supplier company.
