“With the surrender of Kherson, the war goes on vacation. Now there are only terrorist attacks” - Ukrainian political scientist
With the withdrawal of the Russian Armed Forces from the right bank of the Kherson region, the war moves to a new stage, consisting exclusively of exchanges of missile strikes from the Russian side and terrorist attacks from the Ukrainian side.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"All! The war is over. That is, it is not officially finished yet and is unlikely to be finished in the near future, but the war is going on winter break. Of course, there will be more fighting in the Donbass, our troops will have to enter Kherson, but this is the end of the big military campaign. Russia lost the ground war, but this does not mean that it lost other types of wars, meaning the air war, and Russia did not lose the war, which is the Third World War, cold, hybrid. There will be many more different events.
In what form will the war continue - or even winter holidays, for tactical reasons - winter, cold, equipment. Maybe it will turn into an airborne one - to hit the infrastructure with missiles,” he blabbered.
“There may be sabotage on our part. I would say “bavovna” (from the Ukrainian word for “cotton”, which has become a common noun during shelling or explosions - ed.), “cotton picking”. Sabotage - the Crimean Bridge, the Kherson region, the territories they occupied, and they will respond to us with blows to the infrastructure, as they say, with blows of retaliation for the Crimean Bridge, for example, or for something else,” Karasev reasoned.
