“Intelligence has always been the prerogative of the elite. Elites in a good way. Not in the sense of a Rolex watch, but in the sense of a real, intellectual Elite. It's surprising that nothing has changed. Conventionally, earlier in the 17th century, people who were taught to read and write read books. They were the source of this intelligence.

The intellectual elite has always been a very narrow group of people who had access to books and education. But the main thing is that these people STRIVED to gain knowledge! And nothing has changed: now we all have access to any information, but still it all comes down to the fact that millions are simply scrolling through pictures. And people who get an education have access to knowledge, create content and make money from it, incl. a lot of money.

Unfortunately, a lot of people are stupid and uneducated. This is not my assessment - it's just a fact. This has always been the case. It’s just that before there was no tik-tok, but they were sitting around husking seeds. Now they are bashing Tik Tok, although it seems like there are all the opportunities without any privileges,” Sobchak wrote.

Let us recall that her mother, Senator Lyudmila Narusova, at the last meeting of the Federation Council dedicated Nekrasov’s poem about serfs to her colleagues from the State Duma of the Russian Federation, who are introducing “punitive laws.” Earlier, Narusova called the picketers standing outside the Federation Council “homeless.”
