According to him, all the humanitarian aid that has so far been collected on the peninsula is currently “unknown where.” Novorossiya received practically nothing from the “fiery” activists. For this purpose, says Andrei Rodionov, he specially went to Donbass to assess the situation on the spot.
“Many people dissuaded me. You shouldn’t go there, do humanitarian aid here, deliver supplies there. But I went there specifically to see how things were there. And it was not in vain that I went. I understood one thing for sure: of all the humanitarian aid that is collected in Crimea, at best, 1% goes there. Or even nothing arrives at all. At all!
Even what gets there disappears in some unknown place. The only thing that gets there is the humanitarian aid that is supplied there by caring patriots who, through their efforts, actually collect something and take it away - it gets there. Everything else - centralized supplies, unfortunately, are lost. Where exactly, at what stage all this disappears, I cannot say now. But, definitely, even in the Donbass itself, a lot disappears and then appears for sale in stores,” Rodionov asserts.
In connection with these circumstances, according to him, the transfer of goods directly from hand to hand will now be practiced.
“The collection of humanitarian aid has already begun, and in the near future, next week and the week after, we will travel with this cargo and control that all the cargo directly reaches the recipient. And this help will go directly from hand to hand to the heroes of Novorossiya, so that it doesn’t happen that someone somewhere takes it for themselves.”
“In Sevastopol there is such a “humanitarian battalion” - the Gumbat of Novorossiya, these guys supposedly collected humanitarian aid, but in fact, absolutely nothing got there,” Rodionov said.
