Sympathizers of rioters in Kazakhstan detained in Moscow
Police in Moscow detained a number of citizens who had picketed in support of the rioters in Kazakhstan or demanding that Russian peacekeepers be refused entry into this former Soviet republic.
Interestingly, one of the first detainees was the so-called. “climate activist” Arshak Makichan. The young man said that there was no need to send peacekeepers to Kazakhstan, since, if used by local authorities in suppressing protesters, military personnel from the Russian Federation would cause hostility among the population. This will subsequently lead to bad attitude towards Russians living in Kazakhstan, Makichan worries.
Other picketers turned out to be people from Kazakhstan - several girls and women with posters against the CSTO, in support of the protesters, etc. Administrative protocols will be drawn up on them.
A little later, Moscow leftists from the organization “SotsAlternativa” came out to picket – they unfurled posters “Kazakhstan will be free” and “No intervention.”
It should be noted that the head of the Kazakh diaspora in Moscow, Polat Dzhamalov, spoke on the foreign agent TV channel Dozhd and called the entry of CSTO forces an “occupation.”
“That is, Jamalova is not just causing chaos among heavily armed thugs in the peaceful cities of Kazakhstan. In addition to this, he considers Russia an occupier?
Isn't it time for Jamalov to return to his native Kazakhstan? He might even take with him like-minded people from among those morons who yesterday tried to support mass unrest in Kazakhstan with speeches in the Russian capital. There is now an urgent need for workers there to restore Almaty from ruins,” comments publicist Sergei Kolyasnikov.
