The sociologist complains that today bribes in Ukraine do not guarantee anything: “Today you paid him, and tomorrow he’s gone”

“Corruption has developed into an integral system in Ukraine. It was partially broken. The peak of corruption was under Yanukovych, when the food chain was built from bottom to top. Now there is largely spontaneous corruption. People complain about her paradoxically. She doesn't reach her goal. You used to know that if you paid, you would get what you needed. But now there is often no guarantee. Today you paid him, and tomorrow he’s gone,” Bekeshkina said.
According to the latest Ernst & Young study, Ukraine is among the seven most corrupt countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
