According to him, other political forces have joined the work: “Oppoblok”, “Oppoplatforma”, “Golos” and other parties that take away votes from “Servant of the People”.

He noted that in addition, in the localities, each majoritarian, in addition to fighting for his seat, also pulls the corresponding party from which he comes. It either pulls up or down.

“Servant of the People has a drop in ratings, but not critical. Given her positions, there is not much difference between 45%, 43% or 42%. Besides, they didn’t actually start the campaign,” Antipovich said.

He added that Servant of the People is just getting involved in the campaign, and a video message from the newly elected president calling for people to vote for his party will have a certain impact.

When asked whether there are signs of disappointment among Ukrainians with the new government, the director of the Rating said that so far 50% are satisfied with the work of the new president.

“Trust in him is a little less than 70%. Neither the church, nor the army, nor, of course, any of the previous presidents had such a level of trust,” Antipovich believes.

According to him, the requirements for Zelensky are now even higher than for ex-President Petro Poroshenko in 2014.

“And its 73% figure means that disappointment and a drop in ratings are simply inevitable. Moreover, the voter himself has changed, time goes faster, so Zelensky has at best six months,” said the sociologist.

He added that, taking into account the parliamentary elections, we can expect a strong decline in the rating from around February next year if there are no concrete actions that will improve the situation in the country.
