“We agree to withdraw the artillery - in the spring the Russians will go to Kharkov and Zaporozhye”
Kyiv, February 01 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Kyiv should not agree to the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the demarcation line provided for by the Minsk agreements.
This initiative was made by Ukrainian expert on international security Georgy Perepelitsa, who was quoted by the Kraina weekly.

“In order not to lose, the Ukrainian army must change the strategy and tactics of the war,” the expert believes. – For Russians, all diplomatic efforts are subordinated to success at the front. With us it’s the other way around – the front is subordinated to the success of diplomacy. This goes against the logic of war. Taking advantage of the negotiation process and the Minsk agreements, Russia is forcing the Ukrainian military to withdraw heavy equipment. As a result, the defense will be destroyed. Having done this, the Russians will prepare for the spring offensive. They will begin to seize the territories of the Kharkov and Zaporozhye regions.”
